We explore who and where you are in the context of your world, the ways you think and feel, how you behave, your fears and frustrations, as well as your strengths, talents and accomplishments. I make no assumptions and focus on helping you understand what makes you tick, and how you are designed to operate at your best.
No promises - every one is different - but clients often leave the first session feeling emotionally and mentally lighter, with new found insights.
Sometimes this session is all that is needed to set the client on a fresh path. More often, we keep going to continue notching up the wins.
The thinking begins in the coaching room but change is experiential.
So, after the first session, we agree a plan that supports you to put your fresh thinking into practice, with longer gaps between appointments over time.
